An annex designed and built to be a fully functioning space for an elderly relative. It featured large windows and french doors to maximise light in the extension and compliment the style of the existing house.
The annex included a bathroom and spacious bedroom with easy access to the main house and garden.

This project went from turning a window into a pair of French doors to a two storey side extension with an under croft created over the drive.
A wonderful project for us and one I can't help but look back on with immense pride. The extension looks part of the original build as it was to supposed to, of course.

Demolition of the existing garage and rebuild it to new dimensions and specification. It included a fake pitched roof to the front to hold the roller shutter door mechanism.
